SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • Moonbeam Massage and Beauty offers professional massage and facial therapy services in accordance with industry standards and practices.

  • Our therapists are trained and certified to provide a range of massage and facial treatments aimed at promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS & REFUNDS

  • Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone, or in person.

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot.

  • Bookings are charged in advance to minimise no shows.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment. 

  • Please allow 48 hours to cancel your appointment where a full refund will be given. If cancelling within 24 hours a 50% deposit will be charged. Less than 24 hours or no shows will result in full cost and no refund will be given.  This also applies to clients with vouchers.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Clients must be over the age of 16 to receive treatments.

  • Prior to receiving treatments, clients are required to complete a medical assessment form, this is to keep our clients safe from contra indications.

  • Our therapist reserve the right to refuse treatment if they believe it may pose a risk to the clients health or safety.

  • Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any discomfort or pain experienced during the treatment.

  • Clients acknowledge that massage and facial therapy involves physical touch and manipulation and there may be risks associated with these treatments.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients, Moonbeam Massage and Therapy and its therapist will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the treatment.
